Brad Glosserman is Deputy Director of and Visiting Professor at the Center for Rule-making Strategies, Tama University, Tokyo, and Senior Non-Resident Advisor for Pacific Forum, Honolulu. He served as executive director of Pacific Forum for 14 years. He is a twice-weekly columnist at The Japan Times, where he was member of the editorial board from 1991-2001.
