That the explosion took place on a subway platform. Now, we have referred repeatedly that the bomber was injured but getting conflicting reports about how many other people may have been injured. There are a number of subway and transit lines running through that area, which is, as you can tell, a potential soft target. Now, police say there are major changes and disruptions to most of the subway and bus lines. Passengers have been evacuated as a precaution.
