fundamentally have less sustain able and less humane forms of public sector organization in government, do make decisions faster. the essential genius of the founders of our country was to build in that checks and balances and the separation of powers that create the need for compromise. and over a couple hundred years our country most of the time has been pretty good at coming up with smart and reasonable compromises. we've got to do that faster, i think these days. we can't keep kicking the can down the road to some future congress to solve some of these fundamental problems that y...
