Guitar shop manager says he knew hit-and-run victim, tried to save him after crash Rick Swanson manages Old Town Music and was doing inventory when the crash happened. “We just noticed some cars were stopping outside and one of the other people that were in here noticed that somebody was laying in the street, and so we went out to see if we could render any aide and he was – the victim was laying out in the middle of the street,” Swanson said.
