Several restaurants are preparing to open in the Harrisburg area, giving pent-up diners an opportunity to grab a seat or takeout from a new spot. While some of the restaurants’ plans were delayed by COVID-19, others have sprung up during the pandemic hiatus. Many are awaiting the all-clear as state restrictions loosen up and vaccination rates to climb before they officially host grand openings. The new restaurants are coming on board as the state has eased some restrictions on restaurants, allowing more diners, bar service and later hours for serving ....
