Several restaurants are preparing to open in the Harrisburg area, giving pent-up diners an opportunity to grab a seat or takeout from a new spot. While some of the restaurants’ plans were delayed by COVID-19, others have sprung up during the pandemic hiatus. Many are awaiting the all-clear as state restrictions loosen up and vaccination rates to climb before they officially host grand openings.
