Officials say an altercation between two men resulted in gunfire and a subsequent vehicle crash that left a home without power. 20-year-old Sergio Santoyo, Jr. of Mexia was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawfully carrying a firearm on a premises which serves alcohol.
