The closing ceremony of the Probationary Officer Training Course (POTC) was held on April 8, 2021 with 3rd Infantry Division Commander, Major General Eric Vinoya as guest of honor and speaker, said 3ID Public Affairs Office chief Major Cenon Pancito III in a press release.
