Good morning. >> a plane, a charter plane with family members here in dusseldorf left just a few minutes ago as well as a charter plane from spain. both headed to marseilles france with family members on board. they were charter flights and they're going to allow those family members to get as close as they can to the crash site. they cannot go to the crash site itself right now because it's only accessible by helicopter. you can see by the pictures how complicated the area is. we haven't been able to get any access to family members so far. the airline has been keeping them under lock and key...
