Former pasco county sheriffs deputy ryan fergusons life on facebook looks like that of a loving father and boyfriend. But sheriffs deputies say he beat a 7yearold little girl so badly she could barely breath as her 4yearold brother watched. A complaint affidavit says that he put liquid soap in her mouth as a punishment for lying and threw her on the couch and slapped her according to the report.
