The International Society for Civil Liberties and Rule of Law has called on the United Kingdom government to impose a visa ban on former president, Muhammadu Buhari, former governor, El-Rufai, former Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai, and others who presided over mass killings in Plateau, Benue and Kaduna states. The Intersociety noted that such leaders should be blocked from setting their feet on UK soil and they should be arrested and charged for crimes against humanity and genocide or incitement to same, if they do set their feet on UK soil.
