Christopher Bass Christopher Bass is research assistant with MEI’s Cyber Program and a junior at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. He is studying International Politics with a concentration in Foreign Policy and Policy Processes, and is also pursuing a minor in Persian and a certificate in Diplomatic Studies from the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy.
