ONE of the biggest scandals to hit this paper's front-page concerns Andres Bautista, former chairman of the Commission on Elections (Comelec). He disappeared from public view after the 2016 elections and has been running from the law until the US Department of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) caught up with him. He was then charged with bribery and money laundering before the US District Court of Florida, according to CNN.
