Keokuk, IA- The Lee County Narcotics Task Force has announced the arrest of a Keokuk woman on felony and misdemeanor drug charges. 60-year-old Rhonda Lemaster of Keokuk was arrested Wednesday, March 15th, by the Keokuk Police Department on pending felony and misdemeanor drug charges. Lemaster is charged with Conspiracy to Possess More than 5 Grams of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Deliver, Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Deliver, Two counts of Drug Tax Stamp Violation, Maintaining a Drug House, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arrest of Lemaster stems from a search warrant that was executed at her residence by the LCNTF that revealed approximately 142 grams of methamphetamine and approximately 60 grams of marijuana.

Staley was charged with Conspiracy to Possess More than 5 Grams of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Deliver, Drug Tax Stamp Violation, Maintaining a Drug House, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arrest of Staley stems from a long-term investigation into allegations that he was involved in the large-scale trafficking of methamphetamine in the Lee County area. The investigation led to a search warrant that was executed by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force that revealed approximately 142 grams of methamphetamine.
