Carol Stream revokes spa's license after undercover sting   Updated 2/19/2021 6:40 PM A Carol Stream spa has lost its massage license after an undercover investigation led to the arrest of an employee, village officials said Friday. The village also has fined Jun Liu, the owner of Premier Spa, $1,500 as part of the decision to revoke the license during a public hearing last week.   Police opened an investigation after receiving tips about activity at the spa at 922 Army Trail Road.
