Gabriel Iglesias was forced to cancel his upcoming standup show in San Antonio, Texas, as he tested positive for COVID-19. The comic announced the cancellation on Thursday, July 15 in a video which was titled, Announcement I didn t want to make on my bday.
In the clip, Gabriel, who turned 45 that day, told his fans, Unfortunately, I have tested positive for COVID-19. He revealed that he didn t want to rely on one result so he took two different types of test, saying, I made sure that I got tested by two different types of tests and they both came back positive.
