The series follows Sir Arthur and his many journeys to save Princess Prin-Prin from the evil demon King Astaroth. The story and characters are often based on the tale of King Arthur, as Prin-Prin’s name is often localized as Guinevere, and Arthur’s allies are named Lancelot and Perceval.
