It was a thirdparty contractor struck a primary transmission line in the mission bay area. Initial reports of over 22000 customers were affected. As of 11 00 a. M. , almost everyone is restored. There are still 1,800 folks without power. We continue to coordinate on this. As most folks know we have been preparing for Power Outages as a result of ps Public Safety power shutoff program.
