Order to sign longterm contracts. Since we dont have a creditworthy independent organization. We have a little bit set aside in case we sign of care customers. I think we have estimated what it would take to sign up 5,000 care customers. That is going down because our rate is going down, but its still there. Our budget, our administrative budget is higher.
