Prior to that bensalem doesnt have a hospital in our town, so we would have to take the suspect to a hospital and take the get the blood drawn there. That would take two officers. I do not send one officer to a hospital. It took two officers out of service for about an hour and a half. Thats a long time. It took three hours of time that the officers arent patrolling on the streets. And four years later we are building in cities and states around the country. We have reached almost threequarters of a million senior voters every year, talking to them about caregiving and aging and longterm care and how we prepare for their future.
