In the coming weeks, the Prospector Square Property Owners Association will embark on a project to replace the area’s underground six-inch sewer pipes with eight-inch pipes. The task will begin in the square’s Lot C — the parking lot outside Fuego Bistro and Pizzeria and the liquor store — and eventually move to Lots A-I. According to Craig Dennis, the executive director of the owners’ association, that is where things will get interesting.
