nick peyton walsh is live in ukraine. what can you tell us about the new strikes? >> reporter: still very early days for precisely what is at the moment. i should caution by this point yesterday we had seen larger amount of russian missile strikes in ukraine. this appears to be lesser. some officials in odessa. others are saying some of these missiles have, indeed, been shot down. there appears to be damage to part of the energy structure but it does seem like russia is trying to sustain the feeling of constant threat ukrainians lived with throughout much of yesterday. certainly many...
