Fire to d i was arson. Abc 7 news brought the issue to the attention of Council Woman Rebecca Kaplan as she asked the transportation director to avoid those tickets. They have asked police to stop issuing tickets to any vehicles in that evacuation zone. 37 structures have been lost in the wall fire in buk county near oroville.
