港大研究：BNT抗體高科興9倍 1針復必泰抗體勝2針科興 - 兩岸

港大公共衛生學院招募了1442名醫護人員，追蹤其新冠病毒抗體情況，初步完成了93名新冠疫苗接種者的分析，當中63人打復必泰，30人打科興，他們年齡在26至65歲之間。
在酵素連結免疫吸附分析法（ELISA），即測試抗體黏附病毒棘狀蛋白上的受體結合區域能力；以及替代病毒中和抗體測試（sVNT），即檢視抗體阻止病毒感染細胞的能力，結果均顯示打1針復必泰的抗體水平已明顯上升，打了2針再升；接種1針科興後抗體水平很低，2針後抗體水平仍明顯低於接種復必泰者。
團隊再為當中12名科興接種者和12名復必泰接種者做溶斑減少中和抗體測試（PRNT），檢視血清稀釋多少倍仍有效阻止培養皿中50％細胞受活的新冠病毒感染，這稀釋倍數反映接種者血清的抗體水平（下稱抗體水平），數值愈高代表抗體水平愈高。
