Period of time. Reporter new cdc guidelines say those with covid19 who have mild to moderate symptoms should isolate for ten days from the start of the symptoms or a positive test. Those who are hospitalized or those with underlying conditions should isolate for 20 days. Its not everyone and there are still other pieces that need to be met.
