Iraq producing oil at pretty much full capacity. Iraq is producing now what amounts to 3. 4 to 3. 5 million barrels. Its exporting 2. 8 to 2. 9 million barrels. This means that iraq is capable of expanding the production further if gee politics and stability and the infrastructure permitted to do that.
