Health departments taking appointments for 80+ years only COVID vaccine In coordination with the state roll out of COVID-19 vaccine, several area health care providers will begin administering vaccine to those age 80 and older starting next week, by appointment only. Allen County Public Health is now taking appointments for the first round of Phase 1B Vaccinations – individuals age 80 and above. This age group is the first priority in the state of Ohio’s Phase 1B group. Only individuals age 80 and above can make appointments at this time.
