SOUTH BEND, Indiana – Notre Dame beat Florida State, 12-2, Saturday afternoon to even the weekend series between the teams at Frank Eck Stadium. The rubber match is set for Sunday at 3:00 pm. The Seminoles led 2-0 after solo home runs from James Tibbs and Nander De Sedas. Tibbs’ home run was his team-high 13th of the season and was his second leadoff home run of the year.
