Enjoyed a breakthrough maiden European Tour victory at the 2017 Saltire Energy Paul Lawrie Match Play, before securing his second European Tour title when he triumphed at the inaugural Belgian Knockout at Rinkven International Golf Club in May 2018. The Spaniard defeated Benjamin Hebert by two shots in the final of the innovative tournament.

Stormed to victory at the 2020 Scottish Championship with a final round nine under par 63, winning his third European Tour title by four strokes.

Mentored by Europe’s 2012 Ryder Cup captain José María Olazábal, having played most of his junior golf at his local golf club in the seaside resort of Fuenterrabia, where Olazábal was born and raised. Then made the short move over the border to Biarritz, but still stays in regular contact with his idol and mentor.

Played a mixture of Challenge Tour and European Tour events during his first few years as a professional before finishing 69th in the 2016 Race to Duba ....

Tommy FLEETWOOD - Players - European Tour

Was crowned European Tour Number One in 2017 after a stellar season that was kick-started by victory at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship presented by EGA, followed by a superb second place at the WGC-Mexico Championship, a first Rolex Series win at the Open de France and a fourth place finish at the U.S. Open. A total of ten top tens helped him top the Race to Dubai Rankings Presented by Rolex, beating Justin Rose to the crown.

Followed that season up by defending his Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship title in 2018, virtually securing his place at The Ryder Cup in Paris, just a week after playing on the winning European team at the EurAsia Cup presented by DRB-HICOM.

Crowned his rise to the summit of the world game with a two-shot victory at the 2017 US PGA Championship. Would ultimately end 2017 as the leading player on the PGA TOUR, winning a further four times on his way to claiming the FedEx Cup and deservedly being voted the Player of the Year.

Carried his impressive form into 2018, securing his seventh PGA TOUR title in February before recording his first World Golf Championships win at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational.
