非法穿越屡禁不止：一旅行社假借官方招募拟闯阿尔金山核心区


近日，澎湃新闻记者联系阿尔金山国家级自然保护区管理局，该局环保管理科工作人员表示，确实跟中科院西北高原研究所合作进行过联合科考，但科考不需要招募，是有大学师生带着课题进入的。
该工作人员强调，穿越活动“绝对违法”。兔子湖是保护区的核心区也是藏羚羊的产子区域，未经允许进入属于非法行为。
澎湃新闻检索各旅游网站发现，从2012年起就不断有游客记录自己穿越阿尔金山保护区核心区（无人区）的经历；2015年，阿尔金山保护区联合新疆、青海、西藏三省区四大保护区联合发布公告，严格禁止非法穿越活动；2017年，阿尔金山保护区实行封闭式管理，即便如此，非法穿越活动仍屡禁不止，当年3月份，阿尔金山国家级自然保护区管理局联合巴州祁曼公安分局在阿尔金山保护区外围的阿塔提罕河附近，成功阻截了一支 ....
