The just concluded historic Quad summit did not make any reference to LAC tensions in the joint statement as it is bilateral matter between India and China unlike South China Sea or East China Sea which has global implications. While remaining three Quad states backed India against Chinese aggression along the LAC the issue was not included in joint statement issued at the end of the Summit as this is a bilateral issue between India and China, ET has reliably learnt.
