MSNBC MSNBC Live With Velshi and Ruhle September 23, 2019 17:17:00

Or not there was a quick pro quo. we know the u.s. was holding $250 million funding temporarily from ukraine. the question is was that discussed on the call and that would be the heart of any impeachment inquiry. it was the office of legal council that gave that advice. if that sounds familiar, ali, that s because it is the same quadrant and the same council at the justice department that is said that you can t indict a sitting president when we were looking at the mueller report. it is the office of legal council used to be a little known. about why they may have made that decision. for a lot of people we think we should see the whistle blower complaint. there is such a protocol when it comes to intelligence committee and what information they could share that it may have been decided by the office of legal ....

Now that could be over the ocean. it could be with these thunderstorms here or these back over here. that s in one little spot. so that s never going to be really widespread. and most of the time the north and northeast quadrant is where the highest winds are. my guess is the highest winds are just off the cape lookout right now. i ll let you know. okay. i know you will. thank you so much, bill karins. check again on the conditions in north carolina. new information next. we re going to take you live to nags head, which you see right here. also look at wilmington, north carolina. still raining there as well. stay with us here on msnbc. if you have medicare, listen up. ....

CNN Early Start with Christine Romans and Dave Briggs September 5, 2019 09:05:00

A very large eye wall. still there showing that the storm is still very strong at this point in time. here s a look at forward tracking. this is what we talked about. we do still anticipate landfall likely over portions of north carolina, but until then you ve got very strong storm surge pushing into north and south carolina and very heavy rain band. one of the other concerns we re starting to see now is the addition of tornado warnings. we have one in north carolina and one in south carolina right now. most of those tend to favor the northeast quadrant, and that s the stuff that s going to be making its way inland as we go through the day today. those are still likely for north and south carolina. greater water spouts and damaging winds that are going to be associated with the storms. perhaps one of the biggest threats to this storm for the carolinas and georgia is going to be the flooding. here s a look at the storm surge numbers. places like savannah and charlesto charlestown, 4 to ....

CNN New Day With Alisyn Camerota and John Berman September 5, 2019 10:36:00

From below. this is going to be a concern not only for the carolinas but also georgia. here s a look at that storm as it slides up the east coast. taking with it the heavy rain, the storm surge, and also even the potential for some tornadoes as we go through the day. there s a look at the track. at this point, still looks like the best chance is for landfall tomorrow somewhere across the north carolina coast. we talked about tornadoes, even water spouts potentially here for portions of north and south carolina as bands from that northeast quadrant of the storm start to shift inland. again, five to eight feet from charleston to myrtle beach. wilmington looking at 4 to 7 feet. we cannot emphasize enough, the flooding is going to be the biggest concern with this storm. and don t forget. it was just one year ago that so many of the same places were dealing with hurricane florence. this is the last thing they want. allison chinchar, thank you very much. one note as we have been driving ....

FOXNEWS Outnumbered Overtime With Harris Faulkner September 5, 2019 17:03:00

a little damp, but we will dry out with the wind blowing through our clothes. it ll be better, shortly. hopefully. harris: tell me about what s hitting folly beach right now. right now we have the wins, it s been battering us all night, out of the northeast quadrant, giving us north winds, which brings in flooding from the river, as well as from the ocean. we ve been pretty lucky so far. we ve had some power outages, some minor trees down. not as bad as some of our neighbors, it sounds like. so we ve been pretty lucky with the storm so far. harris: i m curious, because it s expensive to evacuate for people. for families, it s tough. it s the start of the school year for some here on the east coast. what is it like as you talk to your constituents about staying out of the way of the storm? we are looking at some darker pictures right now from nearby charlston where things have really gotten dicey. ....
