Treasure island, i understand you have an exemption for the residence. On an island that has one access point to toll businesses, or anyone on Treasure Island is unacceptable. These businesses, vendors, will not go to their businesses if they are having to pay tolls. The businesses have employees who cannot pay tolls. These businesses will not be able to get employees to work for them. The businesses should not have to pay tolls to have people work for them. This whole idea for businesses is simply unworkable, unsustainable, and it needs to be dropped completely in my humble opinion. Treasure island as he have a supermarket. They need these businesses. They need them to stay there, and they need them to be continued there. I urge you not to toll businesses. Because one of my research on this, i cannot see any reason why the developer whose idea it was to redevelop the island, cant pay for these tolls . The residents wont even be ....

In my heart there is a lot of issues and its like going to the doctor and getting a diagnosis that youre uncomfortable with. I want to urge our legal team, communications team, and those that work with family liaisons, i dont know know of ways that were educating people on their rights. Parents can request assessments and its confusing how do we do that. I dont think its Common Knowledge that a parent can say theyre concerned about their comments and they want them assessed. If your child is assessed and you want them to go through the process, im not aware of any protocol for educating families on their rights. Maybe we have that, but its not visible on the website. If i dont know it, im assuming im one of those pretty involved parents. I look for those handouts and things to help families. I dont even know whe ....

Types and peak periods, compared to the last monitoring cycle in 2017. These charts show the longterm trends in both auto and transit or bus speeds. Note that theres a discontinuity in 2017, because the data provider had updated the data product. But longtime trends show that auto speeds have been declining continuously over the past decade. A greener economy and population, combined with increasing number of ridehail vehicles on the streets, are contributing factors. On the other hand, transit or bus speeds are holding itself steady, and this is likely due to the transit investments that are being made. However, the transit speeds in the Downtown Core are still pretty slow, just about at about 6 miles an hour. We have other metrics that we also track continuously. Auto transit speed ratio is the ratio of auto speed to transit speed. This indicates how competitive transit is relative to auto. The closest the values are to one or th ....
