Commissioners discuss reconnection fee with water officials
The Daily Jeffersonian Representatives of the Guernsey County Water Department met with commissioners this week to discuss a potential change in reconnection fees for customers who voluntarily disconnect service for at least a year. Superintendent Jeff Alfman and office manager Rita McKnight discussed the potential changes for water rates with commissioners at their request.
