continues then certainly absolutely you could be charged with a criminal offense of tampering with witnesses. and in fact, when you're looking at a racketeering investigation where the prosecutors will be investigating a series of criminal acts, they can also fold witness intimidation into that if that's what they're looking into. >> and as we should note in the case already under way here the judge has explicitly warned trump against this kind of public statement. shannon, i want to ask you a question because one thing several of the key witnesses in this case have in common, whether you're talking about a geoff duncan or brad raffensperger or the governor brian kemp, they're all republicans. and they were pressured by the former president to overturn results of the former election and pushed back and refused and have criticized his activity here. the former president has attempted to portray all this as he often does as a partisan witch hunt, et cetera. in georgia given that many of those involved in this are in fact republicans themselves involved as witnesses against the former president, how is

people around the trump orbit for a long time have always thought that a racketeering investigation might be the only way to capture all of the bad/criminal conduct that happens under the umbrella of trump. what do you think of that reporting? whether it was ultimately abandoned. obviously, we haven't seen that. what do you make of that approach to investigating all of trump's enterprises? >> yeah, so first, proving any kind of a white collar case requires willful intent, which can be very difficult to do. it's why people that these crime organizations and white collar criminal organizations sometimes get away with crimes because proving that intent can be so difficult. it's not impossible. jurors are instructed to look at the totality of the circumstances, including all of the facts and all of the things people said. when it comes to racketeering, that is a great tool when you want to bring under one umbrella a lot of different criminal

$8 million. i don't think that qualifies as fiddling. what is significant here is that now, now that allen weisselberg is a felon, he is a confessed thief, he has to testify against the trump organization, when it goes on trial, and it's currently scheduled for october 24th, just before the elections. so, i suspect it may get delayed. and the -- he has to answer questions truthfully, or he faces much more serious penalties. and they're gonna be questions about how did this scheme work, and what, no doubt, what other tax schemes were going on. and one of the things, ali, it's become clear why alvin bragg shut down the racketeering investigation which he had the best racketeering lawyer in america and got a super prosecutor -- it looks like there's something else they found or come across a new theory in handling this case. and i'm not the only want to point this out. andrew weizmann, i think, among

Amazon Tweaks App Logo After Unfavorable Comparisons to Adolf Hitler's Mustache

The Amazon app logo has been quietly changed after the recent redesign drew unfavorable comparisons to the mustache worn by Adolf Hitler.
Rebranding is one of the marketing tactics that companies worldwide have turned to attract more customers in their business. The redesigning of one's logo or even introducing a new app icon in the present age is a big deal since it will be the brand's identity. However, observers and customers said the recent redesign Amazon logo bore an unfortunate resemblance to a toothbrush mustache similar to the Nazi dictator.
Because of the uptick in remarks from different people, the e-commerce giant has silently updated its app logo. The Verge reported that Amazon updated its logo to a less problematic new look.

A close-up view of the Telegram messaging app is seen on a smart phone on May 25, 2017 in London, England.
Telegram and the calls of violence on it became a sticking point for former U.S. ambassador Marc Ginsburg who filed a lawsuit against Apple for hosting the messaging app on its App Store.
Ginsburg claimed that he experiences emotional distress over Apple continuing to have Telegram under its wing, as stated in the lawsuit, reported Mashable.
Ginsburg referred to the increasing rate of calls for violence seen on Telegram's chat service, as Endgadget  reported. Ginsburg filed the lawsuit alongside his anti-extremism advocacy group, The Coalition for a Safer Web.

ittall seems possible they're building a case in hopes to move forward while the president is still unoffice. they could put forward a conspiracy indictment. one of the things i think really comes true -- real a came clear out of michael cohen's testimony yesterday is this is looking more and more like racketeering prosecution. the racketeering investigation, a rico case. you have an overlapping group of players. an overlapping group of conspiracies, an overlapping set of crimes. this is not individual instances this is an organization that was involved in corrupt practices from top to bottom on a wide variety of fronts. and there's no office in the country that's better at rico racketeering prosecution than the southern district of new
