didn't follow the typical path of a la nina winter. the storms are paying off. we're now in a neutral phase minor to moderate spring flooding expected around the state possibility of an el nino this fall. stay tuned on that, and it's always a good idea to conserve because you never know we've gone from feast to famine here. reliability of rainfall isn't always there, but we do have an active pacific on live doppler. been some more rain coming our way. the first opportunity will be sunday. you will notice in the morning some light to moderate showers and there are other storms brewing...
