Howell staff members chosen as N.J. Exemplary Educators HOWELL – A total of 13 educators in the Howell K-8 School District have been selected as New Jersey Exemplary Educators for 2020. The goal of the New Jersey Department of Education’s Exemplary Educator recognition program is to identify outstanding educators for special recognition, alternating between elementary (Pre-K to 5) and secondary (6-12) every year.
