Now, i just took a look at b. A. R. T. s website to see what that testing involved. 29 different tests it was undergoing here on this test track. We understand the first phase of that was involving propulsion and brakes. We dont know if exactly thats what was happening today when the car apparently ran off the tracks. Were told there were no injuries, that there was a single operator inside the car testing it at the time at a very slow speed, 5 to 10 Miles Per Hour, and at this point we dont know if it was operator error or some sort of mechanical difficulty that caused this incident.
