The city of hayward Maintenance Manager says that the pipe that broke is from 1956. Three homes were damaged and also a number of cars, six cars had to be towed from around the hole. One of which a neighbor said was actually teetering inside the sink hole. We go out and theres a car stuck under the hole. And we go out and saw a lot of water going down. Our garage is flooded, our house is covered in water. It will be an opportunity for everyone impacted by this file a cla im and the company will make them whole.
