Good morning. Welcome, everyone. I know that a quorum is present, and the committee is meeting today in a legislative hearing to hear testimony on this is not a drill, educated related response and recovery in the wake of Natural Disaster. Pursuant to Committee Rule 7c, Opening Statements are limited to the chair and the Ranking Member. This allows us to hear more from our witnesses sooner and provides all members with adequate time to ask questions.
