Virginia H. MacKinnon
Virginia “Ginny” H. MacKinnon was born April 29, 1932, in Riverton, NJ, to Russell and Marion (McKeon) Hylton. Sadly, Mom had just recently been diagnosed with advanced cancer, and died October 13, 2023, at her home in Bemidji, MN. She married Ray MacKinnon in 1959, and together they raised five children. As the wife of a career military officer, Mom traveled and lived around the world. She was the consummate mom.
