FILMING of the long-awaited third series of hit Netflix comedy Sex Education is currently underway, with crews spotted in Herefordshire. The popular show on streaming service Netflix tells the story of sex therapist Dr Jean Milburn, played by Gillian Anderson and her son Otis, played by Asa Butterfield. The pair live in a picturesque chalet overlooking a river near the fictional place of Moordale, but the house is actually in Symonds Yat, near Ross-on-Wye. It is expected that we will see the finished product on Netflix either late this year or early in 2022. A number of high-profile cast members have returned including Asa Butterfield who plays Otis, Gillian Anderson as Jean, Emma Mackey as Maeve and Ncuti Gatwa as Eric.
