Blaine police say a total of 10 people have now been formally charged with felony theft stemming from an incident last November that affected multiple stores in the Twin Cities metro area.
More people have been charged in connection with what authorities say was a series of coordinated retail thefts in the Twin Cities on Black Friday.
The thefts "by an organized group shocked those who witnessed it first-hand as well as the retail community and law-abiding shoppers," said Ramsey County Attorney John Choi.
