Topper shutt just got new data in on the storm. Hat timing and snowfall amounts changed at all . Ive massaged them a little bit. Montgomery county schools, at 5 00 in the morning, they will not be that bad. They will deteriorate as we go through the midmorning and afternoon. Dark blue band, thats really the bulls eye. 6 to 10. Could be locally 11 inches in this area. But this band you may be closer to 3 than to 6 and then north of frederick, oddly, hagerstown to cumberland, only 4 to 8 inches.
