‘Fadinha’ (pequeña hada), a Rayssa Leal todo parece salirle por arte de magia: a sus 13 años ganó el lunes la medalla de plata de skate street en los Juegos de Tokio y se convirtió en un símbolo nacional. “Todavía no me lo creo, parece que fue un hito histórico. Saber que había muchas otras personas que se entrenaron durante años para estar aquí, no solo para el skate, y haber logrado llevar una medalla para Brasil, es muy gratificante”, dijo a TV Globo la joven tras la prueba en la cual el oro fue a manos de la japonesa Momiji Nishiya.

El gran ausente de la prueba fue el chino Sun Yang, campeón olímpico en Rio-2016 y ganador del oro en los dos últimos Mundiales, que está suspendido por dopaje y no participa en la cita japonesa.
