Storm first impacted us well over 24 hours ago. very heavy rain falling here and many indicators that we have seen between 15 and 20 inches of rain fall already from the storm. the highest rainfall total that we have ever seen in north carolina from a tropical storm was just over 24 inches. we're already likely at about 20 inches in some spots and it's going to go up a lot from here. all of these red polygons, these red lines here those are all areas in north carolina that are currently dealing with flash flooding from this storm as the the storm pulls off toward the south and west we will see...
