Clocked going 90 miles per hour. At least one if not two Virginia State police attempted to follow the vehicle but were stopped short. The woman pulled into the Walter Read Medical Center and neighed a u turn right made a u turn right in front of the guard booth. Law personnel tried to speak with her. We were told they noticed her biting or attempting to eat a bar of soap. She took off and hit a car and headed south before turning around and heading into the medical center. At that point the military Security Officer approached her. She refused to roll down her window, the officer knocked down...
