Public transit, postal and funeral home workers receive COVID-19 vaccine at Cesar Chavez High School

Essential workers lined up at Cesar Chavez High School on a rainy Friday for the first of three days of a COVID-19 vaccine event for public transit, U.S. Postal Service and funeral home workers in Phoenix.
Many workers heard about the vaccine event in advance through their employers, pre-registered for an appointment and arrived at the event to get the single-dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.
Art Aguilar, a U.S. Postal Service mail handler, said getting this vaccine means he can finally visit with his parents in person. ....
