Prosecutors have charged Juan Rodriguez with murder for the Aug. 20 fatal shooting of a 29-year-old Mountain View man who authorities say was dating Rodriguez s sister.
Emergency dispatchers received calls just after 9 a.m. reporting gunshots heard on the 2000 block of Reinert Road. When police officers arrived, they found a man with at least one gunshot wound. He was declared dead at the scene.
