The first stage of the threestage rocket. North korea said earlier this month it would launch the rocket between december 10th and 22nd from the tongchangri launch site in the countrys northwest. The south korean official told nhk Satellite Photos taken on monday show what appear to be people and vehicles moving around the launch site.
